All products sold on this website are generally non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility and specifications before placing an order.

Any request for cancellation, return, replacement, or refund shall be reviewed solely at the discretion of Morna Spares. Approval or rejection of such requests will depend on factors including, but not limited to, order status, product condition, packaging condition, reason for the request, and verification of the claim.

Orders that have been processed, packed, shipped, installed, used, modified, or damaged may not be eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or replacement.

In cases where a wrong, damaged, or defective product is reported, customers must notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide clear supporting photographs or videos. Any resolution offered shall be at the sole discretion of Morna Spares.

The decision of Morna Spares regarding any cancellation, return, refund, replacement, or related claim shall be final.
